Consider a project that requires changes to the network design but the project requires a great deal of effort to collect the data you are missing as indicated in problem 3, and some simulations as indicated in problem 5.
Your budget is tight and the stakeholders are demanding cost reductions to improve profitability and stock pricing.
How do you present this issue to the board and upper management?
